Charlie Sheen Is WINNING For Haiti! (PHOTOS)

In a phone interview, Sheen made the announcement that he and Penn will ‘do a couple of things’ and then head to Haiti. ‘I’m excited as hell,’ says Sheen. He will be going there to initiate a non-profit organization.
