Last night, the stars of “X-Men: First Class” took to the black carpet of New York City as a live band played and the cast arrived in classic ’60s muscle cars. Rose Byrne looked amazing wearing a navy lace dress as her driver let her out of her classic luxury car.

Rose plays Dr. Moira MacTaggert, one of the only humans in a movie about mutants. While she doesn’t have mutant powers in the movie, Rose told GlobalGrind, “I would love to fly, I would want to fly, I would really basically like to be Zoe’s character.”

If you’re thinking she got mutant envy, think again, Rose got to sleep in, while her other cast members woke up early. “It’s only now that I’m doing press that I’ve actually thought it. At the time it was really great because I got to sleep in. Jennifer Lawrence would be like ‘I got here at 2am,’ and I’ll be like I got here at 8, but I’m sure I’ll have mutant envy when I watch the movie.”

Rose Byrne also admitted she got a little nervous when she had to strip down to her undies for a scene, “It was fun, I was nervous because I’m scantily clad, so you’re always self conscious, but it was super fun.”

She goes on to say, “There is something about this movie that has a real twinkle in its eye. It’s very mischievous. I think Matthew Vaughn films always have that quality and I hope we’ve achieved that in X-Men.”

You can see “X-Men: First Class” in theaters June 6th!
