The hip hop couple is the biggest thing in hip hop since the DJ started scratching records. Speaking of scratching it’s also a great way to keep from scratching too much after sleeping with too many groupies. Never the less, in honor of StreetLevel.com’s top Hip-Hop wifey list, Russell Simmons has bestowed the great honor of putting together Global Grind’s official list of hip hop wifey’s. #11: Ashanti: Ashanti was top 5 hip hop wifey for quite some time so she still needs to make the list. The successful R&B singer, she’s currently making moves and even has a new hair style. Dope!

#10: Trina: Kenyon Martin & Wayne’s former boo will always be one of the baddest B*tches in hip hop. Y’all remember when she first backed it up on the scene, she was quick to deep throa… well y’all remember she’s bad!

#9: Julie Henderson: Russell’s girl is bad! She’s been in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue since like for ever well 3 years in a row. She was discovered at the age of 16 and her dad is the man who invented the grapefruit. Don’t front y’all know y’all be eating those Henderson Grapefruits in the morning. Russell got a bad chick!
