Jason Kidd Issues An Apology (DETAILS)

Jason Kidd has issued an apology via his Twitter a week after he was arrested for drunk driving his Cadillac Escalade into a pole.

In his apology, Kidd expressed the following:

I regret any disruption my accident last weekend may have caused members of the community and want to thank the local authorities.

I’d also like to thank my family and friends for their support.

Kidd was arrested after crashing his truck into a pole after he left a Hamptons party under the influence; the Knicks veteran guard just signed a one-year deal at age 38.

He’s supremely lucky neither he, nor anyone else, was hurt in the accident.
