<p>Jolene Blalock might be a B level star but she is an A level in looks.&nbsp; I can’t figure out why some actresses make it to the top and some do not.&nbsp; If I had a dollar for every actress that made a few million dollars but could not actually act I would have a few million dollars.&nbsp; Women with looks just have the upper hand.</p>
