Last month the rapper tried to flee the scene when he was charged with possession of a controlled substance believed to be meth but now legal documents are clarifying the drug was actually Ecstasy.

According to TMZ the “Blow The Whistle” man’s defense is:

he didn’t have any drugs, and whatever was found in the back of the cruiser must have been left by the previous prisoner.
