Award season is heating up, and accolades are already being snatched up by some of our Hollywood favorites. Last night marked theĀ 19th Annual Critics’ Choice Awards at The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, CA, and all the stars from the biggest films of the year were at bat.

The red carpet was of course something to gawk at – even without our favorite gal Lupita Nyong’o nailing another look and earning our vote for best dressed of the night in Calvin Klein, a perfect follow-up to her stunning Golden Globe Ralph Lauren look. Nia Long also looked stunning in a black sheer paneled gown, while the Oscar-nominated Pharrell looked “Happy” in shimmering separates.

Oprah may have been snubbed an Oscar nom for her performance in The Butler, but she made up for it by slaying in the style department in a money greenĀ Azzedine Alaia dress cinched at her waist. Va Va Voom, Oprah!

Fashion aside, the real tear-jerker of the night wasn’t an amazing stylish red carpet, it was Lupita’s acceptance speech after being rewarded the title ofĀ BestĀ Supporting Actress.
