The two’s infamousĀ Tarzana mansion has been sold and it’s a real estate WIN! The house we’ve seen several times on Keeping Up With The Kardashians made a pretty awesome profit as it was sold for over a million than the couple purchased it for.
TMZ reports:
As we first reported,Ā Khloe and Lamar listedĀ the 7-bedroom 8,000 sq. ft. Tarzana home last year for $4 million … shortly beforeĀ Khloe filed for divorce. They bought the house for $3.95 million in 2009.
Sources tell the site,Ā the home has sold for $5.49 million, nearly $1.5 million more than the asking price. And the buyers are Hollywood newlyweds… Big Bang Theory‘sĀ Kaley CuocoĀ and her new husband .
So where will Khloe be living? Apparently the reality TV star is currently scouting for a new home near her mom-ager, Kris JennerĀ in Hidden Hills.
It looks like Khlo and Lam Lam are officially moving on with their separate lives.
