The inspiration behind one of Rap’s greatest ballads, 2Pac’s “Dear Mama” was reportedly arrested in Robeson CountyNorth Carolina and charged with drug possession: On April 16, 2010, Sixty-three year-old Afeni Shakur Davis was reportedly stopped by police while she drove and smoked the substance simultaneously.
