FAIL: Parents Puff Puff Pass With Toddler (VIDEO)
A 3-year-old boy has allegedly been caught on tape smoking pot from a bong, according to police. Officers say they came across the video while performing a search warrant at a home suspected of drug paraphernalia.
In the video, the 3-year-old is seen inhaling from a bong and coughing after taking the hit. The parents were charged after officers saw the video of the child smoking marijuana.
Kristian Augeri, 23, and Thomas Way, 22, face a variety of charges including risk of injury, possession of a stolen firearm, failure to properly store a firearm and use of drug paraphernalia.
Family interviewed by a local news station say that the 3-year-old never smoked marijuana, and that the police are mistaken. One family member sounded less defensive, saying he didn’t know about the drug situation, and that he was very saddened by it. According to family members, the toddler is now staying with his aunt.
