Band Of Ballers-Converse Teams Up With Artist
Converse released new music from the artist that played apart in their annual ‘Band Of Ballers’ celebrity basketball tournament. Bridging sports and music, Converse’s Band of Ballers is comprised of a one day 3-on-3 basketball tournament with established and upcoming artist in music.
This year’s tournament was held in Atlanta, Georgia and boasted a roster of players that included Jay Electronica, Jim Jones (and the Jones Family), Shawty Lo, Of Montreal, Pill, Donnis, Black Lips, So So Def, Pill, Steel Train and OJ Da Juiceman amongst others. Jim Jones took home the championship this year, this is a two year streak for the rapper who also took home the championship from the first annual Band Of Ballers tournament held last year in NYC.
