Enin picked Yale because of their music program and the financial aid package offered. Enin is a first generation Ghanian-American, who worked hard during his high school career. The teen took 11 AP classes, volunteered at a hospital’s radiology department, sang a capella, and played the violin. [Gawker]

A former teacher who served a month for raping a 14-year-old is expected back in jail after the court decided his time was way too short. Stacey Dean Rambold will stand before a new judge and serve two years in jail under the laws in Montana. The original judge in the case sided with Rambold and said that the teen was “probably as much in control of the situation as the defendant.” [Huffington Post

Socialite and media darling Peaches Geldof died of a heroin overdose. The journalist was found dead next to her 11-month-baby girl. The official toxicology report will be released later today.
