Rich Homie Quan‘s week just went from bad to worse.
After being arrested over the weekend for weapons possession, the Georgia native has been slapped with a felony possession of drugs with intent to distribute. As you may recall, Quan was booked on Sunday, along with five other men. Court documents show that police retrieved A weapon, but according to TMZ, Quan still has to deal with a drug possession charge for weed.
Although the exact amount of weed he had wasn’t made clear, under state law, the amount in your possession doesn’t determine the severity of the charges. The rapper is being held in jail until Friday’s bond hearing. The news comes just a month after the Atl rapper made his return to music following his split from Rich Gang (Birdman and Young Thug).
Rich Homie faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
