The now infamous Charlie Sheen has gone from “Two And A Half Men” to a trio of blonds. The actor reportedly had his arms full when he headed to the Bahamas for a “private adult vacation” this week. Accompanying the ‘Major League’ actor was porn star Bree Olsen, marijuana model Natalie Kenly and ex-wife Brooke Mueller. Despite Sheen’s crazy life moving faster than cameras can flash, he has always managed to keep a lady or two, or four, around.

Even though he doesn’t look like the ideal lothario, it’s been sex, drugs and more sex for the father of five. The journey from Brat Pack member to the highest paid actor on TV hasn’t been a lonely one for Sheen.

ABOVE: Even though Sheen and Brooke Mueller have already filed for divorce, it’s only official in May 2011. They seem to be rekindling the relationship since Mueller has recently moved back in with Sheen and their twin boys.

After engaging in some serious PDA, Natalie Kenly became the latest girl to win over Sheen. In her pre-blond days, the model posed regularly for Cali Chronic X Magazine, and was dubbed Chronic Girl 2010 according to TMZ.

Porn actress Bree Olson and Sheen spent an extravagant weekend in Vegas together, and reportedly also Christmas in 2010. If she looks familiar at a glance, Olson was also the nanny who was fired on the spot for coming to work in a bikini on an episode of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians.’

Former adult film star Heather Hunter has come to Sheen’s defense since their brief relationship in 1994. After the news of his split from third wife Brook Mueller broke, Hunter described Sheen in an interview as ‘really nice, concerned and compassionate”. She went on to say “It’s crazy because Charlie has had domestic problems and was violent, but I didn’t see that crazy side.”

Porn star (a running theme in Sheen’s life) Kacey Jordan was one of five women with him the night before he was admitted to the hospital after an intense night of all things excess. That night the 22-year-old tweeted a picture of herself at Sheen’s mansion among various items like lotions and oils.

Sheen’s first marriage in 1995 to model Donna Peele lasted a little over a year, but didn’t manage to escape any scandal. Despite how seemingly serene the couple looks in their wedding photo, two months after it was taken Sheen was sued by a UCLA student who claimed he hit her in the head after she refused to have sex with him.
