Obama’s Ice Cream Getaway (PHOTOS)
Barack Obama and family were spotted in Bar Harbor, Maine relaxing stylishly and casually. With so many crazy things going on in the nation the first family takes a quick break with a weekened getaway to spend time with the family and reset. Barack, Michelle, Sasha and Malia paid a visit to the Acadia National Park which is home to Mount Dessert Island. The kids won’t get bored as they have a fun filled active weekend planned for them. Staying at a beautiful waterfront hotel, the Obamas will keep busy with healthy activities nearby nature.
Sawyer’s market is a great place to get freshly baked blueberry pies, the Lobster museum will be amusing for Sasha and Malia, they can go tidepooling behind the coast. Apparently there is also a thunder hole to be found in Acadia which will be an ever consuming game for the children to play. Even while vacationing though, President Obama will still be hard at work with video conferencing and blackberries bombarding his beach style. Take a look at the pics!
The Obama’s Vacation Day 2
The Obamas began day two of their Maine trip at the Bar Harbor Club, where they played tennis and hung by the swimming pool. A little tennis never hurt no one and it seems the first lady is getting her Serena Williams on. Take a look at the Prez getting some r&r with the fam.
