'Captain America: Brave New World' Trailer + First Look Images

Over the weekend, Disney hosted its first-ever D23 (the official fan club for The Walt Disney Company) event in Brazil. On the last day of the action-packed weekend, Marvel Studios debuted a brand-new trailer for Captain America: Brave New World, which opens in theaters on February 14th, 2025. Anthony Mackie (8 Mile, Pain & Gain, Twisted Metal), who plays Sam Wilson/Captain America, and Danny Ramirez (Silo, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Top Gun: Maverick), who portrays Joaquin Torres/Falcon, were on hand to greet fans before the new trailer was shown to the excited Brazil D23 crowd.

Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World follows Sam Wilson, who after meeting with newly elected U.S. President Thaddeus Ross, finds himself in the middle of an international incident. He must discover the reason behind a nefarious global plot before the true mastermind has the entire world seeing red.

In addition to Anthony Mackie and Danny Ramirez, the highly-anticipated film stars Shira Haas (Unorthodox, Asia, Bodies), Xosha Roquemore (Precious, The Mindy Project), Carl Lumbly (Doctor Sleep, Alias, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited), with Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, The Boys, The Mandalorian, Godfather of Harlem), Liv Tyler (Lord of the Rings film trilogy), Tim Blake Nelson (Minority Report, Holes, Watchmen), and Harrison Ford (Star Wars franchise, Indiana Jones franchise).

The film was directed by Julius Onah and produced by Kevin Feige and Nate Moore. Louis D’Esposito and Charles Newirth served as executive producers.
