This past weekend (May 6), legendary R&B singer Usher hosted the

The anticipation for the Lovers & Friends has been sky high since its announcement was made. With so many big names scheduled to be in attendance, fans traveled to Nevada expecting to have a night that they would never forget. Fortunately for them, they is exactly what they got.
Pop icon Mariah Carey reunited with R&B group Boyz II Men to perform their 1995 smash hit ‘One Sweet Day.’ Another surprise reunion saw Christina Aguilera and Lil Kim link to give fans the full ‘Lady Marmalade’ experience live. Ginuwine literally sang underground after he fell off the stage during his performance. It was all in good fun as he laughed at himself just as hard as everyone else. Festival attendees were treated to a very rare Jojo performance. Speaking of rare, Muni Long and Usher shared an unreleased version of the hit single ‘Hrs & Hrs’ that fans are already dying to get on digital streaming platforms. Summer Walker, Chris Brown, Ari Lennox and Miguel were among countless other stars who graced the stage.
D’USSÉ hosted a VIP backstage bar in the Artist Village space where festival performers like T.I., Bow Wow, Bryson Tiller, Ginuwine, N.O.R.E., Yung Joc, Dem Franchize Boyz, Lumidee, MC Magic, Lil Rob, Lil Mo and more sipped on the luxury cognac unwinding before their set and celebrating successful performances shortly after. Artists were gifted bespoke engraved VSOP bottles and custom painted vinyls to pay homage to the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop this year. D’USSE will be traveling to other festivals throughout the festival season to bring more bespoke experiences to artists that hit the stage this year – keep an eye out as they head to the next!
