Pharrell & Stars Attend The 'Piece By Piece' NY Premiere

We are merely hours away from the release of the highly anticipated film Piece by Piece. Continue reading to check out some photos from the film’s New York premiere. Piece by Piece is a groundbreaking cinematic experience from Academy Award-winning director Morgan Neville that tells the story of multi-hyphenate artist and producer Pharrell Williams in a way that we haven’t quite seen before. Through the lens of LEGO animation, viewers will be taken through a vibrant journey through the life of the cultural icon, as the film showcases the evolution of one of music’s most innovative minds. The film features an all-star lineup of appearances from Gwen Stefani, Daft Punk, Kendrick Lamar, Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Missy Elliott, Chad Hugo, Busta Rhymes, Jay Z, and Snoop Dogg. Earlier this week (October 9th), the cast and crew of the Williams documentary gathered to celebrate the film’s premiere. The lively event took place at the legendary Jazz at Lincoln Center. Both Williams and Neville were in attendance but they weren’t the only stars in the building. Other notable guests included Mimi Valdés, Caitrin Rogers, David Lawrence, Aaron Wickenden, Jason Zeldes, Oscar Vazquez, Howard Baker, FERG, Bianca Lawson, and Nigel Sylvester. Voice cast members Pusha T, N.O.R.E., and Teddy Riley also popped out for the festivities. Williams and Neville produced the film alongside Mimi Valdés and Caitrin Rogers. David Lawrence, Shani Saxon, Jill Wilfert, Keith Malone, Joshua R. Wexler, Sanjee K. Gupta, James De Julio, and Lesley Worton took on executive producer responsibilities. Piece by Piece will be released only in theaters on October 11th.
